Upgraded

These important sections of the City’s bike network have already been upgraded to improve safety and ensure ease of use.

Under construction

Under construction sections are being built after thorough investigation, community consultation, design and approvals.

Under investigation

These sections are considered important parts of the bike network plan and will be investigated for possible upgrading.

No upgrade needed

These sections already cater for bike riders. There are no plans to upgrade them.

Development Control Plan (DCP)

The Development Control Plan, (DCP), shows streets identified for possible cycleways or other facilities for:

• The City’s bike network plan (current program).
• Potential connections beyond the scope of the current program.
