Testimonial

“Riding changed my life. Last year I had to have three big operations. Getting back on my bike was my road to recovery, it was my personal meditative therapy. My doctors cannot believe how I have flourished.”
“I am fortunate in that 90% of my ride is on bike paths. Riding to work combines exercise and transport which is perfect for me.”
Besides the enormous physical and mental health benefits, Bronwyn has also found she is saving money. Whereas she used to fill up her car every 7-10 days, she now visits the petrol pump once a month and spends nothing on buses and taxis. She suggests that when commuters score a seat on the bus or hail a cab without trouble they can thank a cyclist.
- Bronwyn age, aged 46, rides to work from Randwick to the city three days a week.
